Role Overview
We are seeking a responsible, trustworthy and attentive Caretaker to oversee the day-to-day supervision and general upkeep of our under-construction building at Faruk Castle, Aftabnagar, Dhaka.
The Caretaker will be responsible for monitoring the construction site, ensuring proper security and housekeeping, supervising access to the premises, safeguarding construction materials and equipment, and promptly reporting any issues or irregularities to the management.
